Lead Generation Specialist /
Sales Development Representative

We are looking for an initiative Lead Generation Specialist or Sales Development Representative who will take significant part in growing of our Sales direction and will grow together with us.

We are looking for either a Senior Lead Generation specialist, or a Middle Sales Development Representative. Depending on your level of experience the “Nice to have” requirements below could be optional, could be required. We are open for a dialog and ready to consider different experiences with different conditions. What is common for the both position is a mandatory desire to grow in the Sales field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting text sequences and follow-ups.

  • Setting up and/or configuring Lead generation tools.

  • Automatic lead generation & manual search of the clients using LinkedIn;

  • Qualifying incoming leads, gathering basic requirements and qualifying on ICP.

  • Establishing initial contact with potential clients, determining their needs, conducting/participating in introductory calls;

  • Working with HubSpot CRM, Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper, Apollo, etc.

  • Managing documents and the internal CRM system.

Required skills:
  • Lead generation experience.

  • Knowledge and experience with tools such as Linkedin Helper, Expandi, HubSpot, Apollo, and GSuite.

  • Proficient written and spoken English (at least B2 level).

  • Great communication skills.

  • Strong customer focus.

  • Responsible, proactive and with focus on achieving results.

  • Tolerance to monotonous tasks, diligence, and stress resistance.

Nice to have
  • Sales experience.

  • The desire to develop and grow in the field of sales.

  • Basic IT background will be a big plus.

  • Conversion rate improvement experience.

  • German B1+.
